Intimacy and Somatics
Welcome to my website on intimacy coaching, and somatic practices. I combine tools from tantra therapy, wholeception, hypnotherapy, somatics, modern neuroscience, and other modalities. Whether you are looking for deeper emotional connection with yourself and others, or seek to level up your sex life, I am looking forward to working with you.
We can work in person or online. You may also book your personal retreat for a day or even several days to work at a deeper level. Please contact me to discuss details and pricing.
Upon prior agreement, we can arrange in person sessions in various locations. I am currently located in Malmö, Sweden, and occasionally visit Hamburg, Hannover, and Frankfurt, Germany. During European winter you are likely to find me in Mazunte, Mexico.
Experiental group work.
In Malmö, Skåne, and selected venues worldwide.
Thank you for the surrender session […]. It felt amazing, hard for me to describe in words what I felt. [… It] felt really good in my whole body, [… and] was a sensation that sent shivers through my body.
I can recommend with confidence working with Dr. Anna Kalbhenn as a tantric therapist as she is not only professional and compassionate but also fun-loving, very knowledgeable, and intuitive. Her presence in each session was greatly appreciated and her insights and specific skills shared were also truly appreciated.

Anna is a skilled and insightful practitioner. Strong observational skills, eloquent communication and impactful tools to share. Professional without losing relatability or authenticity.

I featured in Sweden’s most-read newspaper, sharing my perspective as an intimacy coach and Tantra therapist.
“For many people, ‘intimacy’ is another word for sex. For me, intimacy is not about getting naked — it’s about taking off the armour. Intimacy can take many forms: emotional intimacy (with oneself or others), intellectual intimacy, physical intimacy — platonic, like cuddling with a child or puppy — and sexual intimacy.”
I also highlighted the importance of touch:
“Touch is our first language. Long before we learn to speak, it is through touch that we communicate. For babies, touch is vital — but as we grow, society often sexualizes it or makes it something we feel ashamed to ask for. This disconnects us from our bodies and desires.”
The article showcases my approach to embodied intimacy, helping clients reconnect with themselves and others.
