Tantra Therapy
Tantra therapy is a holistic, embodied approach based on the principles of Tantra.
In my sessions I create a safe container, in which I combine my expertise and longterm experience as an ISO-certified Emotion Coach with breathwork, bodywork, mental and energetic practices. I love working with the subconscious to get at the root cause of issues and support you in deeply connecting and creating an intimate relationship with yourself and your partner(s). Each session is uniquely geared to your needs and within your boundaries.
We can work in person or online. You may also book your personal retreat for a day or even several days to work at a deeper level.

Couples sessions are often about addressing and navigating relationship dynamics, including those in “non-conventional relationships”, fostering deeper connection and enhancing intimacy. They provide a safe and supportive environment for exploration and growth, empowering you to create and sustain intimate, loving, and authentic relationships.
In Tantra sexuality is considered sacred and can be an integral part of a therapeutic session. This may include practices and tools to unlock greater levels of pleasure and deeper, more nurturing experiences.
It is an amazing way to experience exhilarating pleasure despite sexual performance anxiety, desire mismatches, pre-mature ejaculation, or stress related dysfunctions.
Intimacy coaching is available both for couples and individuals.

The Mush is a non-commercial global community project based on unconditional platonic love.
The welcome Mush starts with interactive games around non-verbal consent, and group nervous system co-regulation and moves on to a structured cuddle-puddle. Throughout the event there are opportunities for many-handed healing touch, plenty of platonic love, slow-motion contact dance and much more.
We meet (almost) every Tuesday afternoon. The Mush is by invitation only - please contact me for further details.

During this retreat, I support you in recognizing unsatisfied emotional needs, core beliefs, and unconscious patterns. Getting to the core of the underlying issue(s), opens up new perspectives so that you can build an intimate relationship with yourself.
In daily group sessions, you will learn to rediscover your body‘s intelligence (your somatic intelligence, SI), your most important nutritionist, and to effectively use it. SI combines hands-on exercises with cutting-edge insights from psychological, neuroscientific and nutritional research in a highly effective manner. A fundamentally new method of nutritional and health counselling. Effective and well-founded.

Private sessions
Private sessions will support you in dealing with emotional issues, braking habits and forming better ones, opening new perspectives and shaping your individual future.
The first session will be longer and more intense. This is when the big transformation happens. I recommend two additional, shorter sessions some time later to reinforce the effect and make it long lasting.

Oftentimes, it is not the lack of knowledge that prevents people from living a healthy lifestyle. Rather, disconnection from our body, unconscious patterns, or unmet emotional or physical needs influence our behaviour. Many people have never learned to properly identify and listen to their own needs and to act accordingly. This is where my work comes in. I combine elements of “somatic intelligence” (SI by Thomas Frankenbach) – the body’s intelligence – with well-established coaching methods. Participants will learn to sense their bodies‘ intelligence, their most important nutritionist, and to effectively use it. Every person has unique (nutritional) needs, because every person is unique. SI combines hands-on exercises with cutting-edge insights from psychological, neuroscientific and nutritional research in a highly effective manner. It will fundamentally and sustainably transform participants’ way of living and eating. Participants will learn:
how their body tells them, which food is suitable for them,
what matters when choosing food,
how to reach and maintain their individually ideal weight.
